1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔ The carpet is damaged during shipping.
✔ You received the wrong item.
✔ There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
🔹 Custom or made-to-order carpets are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
🔹 Clearance sale items and used carpets are non-refundable.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned carpet, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer).
- We do not offer store credit or exchanges for other products.
5. Steps to Request a Return
